On Saturday night, 21 October 2017, the winners of the 5th edition of Screen & Sound Fest 2017 were announced during a gala held in Kijów.Centrum.
The judging panel, consisting of: prof. Jerzy Kucia, prof. Bogusław Skowronek, Janusz Bielecki and Mikołaj Valencia, awarded the following prizes:
Grand Prix - Super Kreator, PLN 10.000:

Two ex-aequo Super Kreator secondary prizes, PLN 5.000 each:
